Submissions submitted by the first Tuesday at 4PM of each month will be considered for that month’s meeting. The meetings will be a mix of in person and Zoom, please check the current agenda for location.

2023/2024 Reimbursement Request Form & Multi-Receipt and Expense Form
Payment Requests will be processed twice a month. Payment requests received and approved by the 10th of the month will be paid on the 15th. Payment requests received and approved by the 25th of the month will be paid on the last day of the month. Reimbursements and prepayments will NOT be processed without this form, receipts, and approval from Committee Chair or Principal.

Scan and email Payment Request Form and ALL receipts to BVFamilyClubTreasurer@gmail.com for approval.
Checks will be cut on the 15th and Last day of the month.
